Atavism 1.0.0 — installer

This installer places the plug-in in the standard system locations that every DAW scans (these locations are fixed by the VST3 and Audio Unit specifications):

• VST3 → /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Atavism.vst3
• Audio Unit → /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Atavism.component

On the next step you can untick either format if you only use one. Both are universal binaries (Apple Silicon + Intel, macOS 11+).

The manual, the third-party notices and the uninstaller go to /Library/Documentation/Atavism.

Atavism declares a fixed latency (about 300 ms at 48 kHz, 170 ms in Short mode) that your DAW compensates. Your presets, settings and license key live in your user folder and are never touched by this installer.
